High blood pressure

Increased blood pressure initially causes little discomfort apart from occasional headaches and dizziness, which is why high blood pressure is often not recognized until later.

The treatment of high blood pressure caused by arteriosclerosis (so-called hardening of the arteries)

Teas: Tea blend of yarrow, white willow, juniper and hawthorn (one cup three times a day for three to six months)

Nicotine abstinence: Nicotine must be given up clearly and without any ifs or buts.

yoga: Breathing exercises from yoga to bring more oxygen into the body.

Nutrition: The diet must be adjusted to reduce excess weight and high blood fat levels and prevent hyperacidity. This can be achieved with a Pitta or Kapha reduced diet.

Treatment of stress-induced hypertension

tea: Basil or valerian tea also have a strengthening and uplifting effect on the nervous system.

yoga: Meditative yoga exercises also provide immediate relaxation.
